The Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) is an independent, non-profit organisation and registered charity which specialises in commercial and consumer alternative dispute resolution with the aim to provide society with skills and solutions for effective dialogue to resolve conflicts and to bring about sustainable change. The Commercial Disputes Team, which provides high quality services to UK and international law firms and their clients, is seeking a Head of Commercial Services.
This is a varied and interesting role which will focus on operations and include client and mediator management, further development of an online booking platform, commercial operations and team management and development.
To be considered for this role, you will need to offer extensive experience at senior management level within a legal services environment working in litigation and dispute resolution with a solid track record in operations. You will be able to demonstrate excellent stakeholder relationship management ability as you will serve as the senior point of contact for clients in Practice, In-house legal teams and other executive contacts, as well as genuine team leadership ability.
